Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Striide. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Striide.
Striide is a service operated by Striide LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Washington ("Striide," "we," "us," or "our"). Our platform connects home buyers with real estate agents based on compatibility across communication style, personality, working style, and behavioral profile.
Striide is an introduction service only. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not provide real estate advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Any transaction you enter into with a matched agent is between you and that agent.
To use Striide, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using Striide, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Agents must hold an active, valid real estate license in the state(s) where they operate. We verify license status during onboarding, but it is your ongoing responsibility to maintain a valid license while listed on Striide.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@in-striide.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your profile. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your identity, license status, or experience — is grounds for immediate account termination.
You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
You agree to use Striide only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
Striide uses a proprietary algorithm to produce compatibility scores between buyers and agents. While we believe our approach produces meaningfully better introductions than alternatives, we make no guarantee that any match will result in a successful transaction, a productive working relationship, or any specific outcome.
A high compatibility score is an indication of likely fit based on the information provided — it is not a warranty or promise of compatibility. Match quality is inherently dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
The Striide name, logo, platform design, matching algorithm, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Striide LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to Striide (such as your profile information and responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
Striide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any buyer or agent on or off the platform. Any real estate transaction you enter into is solely between you and the other party. Striide is not a party to any such transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striide LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from any transaction entered into through a Striide match.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Striide shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Striide in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Striide LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Striide, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@in-striide.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to Striide.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–9) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Striide shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Striide after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, please close your account before the change takes effect.
